CANCELLATION POLICY

•Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will incur a fee of 50% of the service booked. •Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. •Please arrive on time to your appointment. Clients who are 15 minutes or more late may be considered a no-show, resulting in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. This fee must be paid before booking a new appointment. •For any major adjustments to your originally planned service, please contact me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This allows me to ensure we have the proper time reserved to create your desired outcome.
